Korda Distribution Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you (“Artist” or “you”) and Korda Ltd. (“Korda,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By clicking “I Agree” or when submitting your release, you accept these terms.

1. Our Service

Korda provides non-exclusive digital distribution of your music (“Recordings”) to online stores, streaming services, and other digital platforms worldwide (“Digital Stores”).

We also support monetization of your music on UGC (user-generated content) platforms where payouts are provided by those platforms.

2. What You Give Us

You grant Korda a non-exclusive, worldwide licence during the term to:

• Deliver your Recordings and artwork (“Materials”) to the Digital Stores you select.
• Authorize Digital Stores to make your music available for streaming, downloads, and other standard digital uses.
• Use your artist name, images, and artwork to promote your releases.
• Collect payments from Digital Stores and pass 100% of what we receive (minus any payment processing fees) on to you.

You keep all ownership of your music and copyrights.

3. Your Responsibilities

You confirm that:

• You own or control all rights needed to distribute and monetize your Recordings.
• Your uploads do not infringe anyone’s rights or break any laws.
